Buyer Fees

Buyer fees are charged in addition to the vehicle purchase price. Delivery/transport is shown separately and added to the total due.

Fee Structure (Inc VAT)

All fees below include VAT at 20%.

Runner with no issues

  • Under £5,000: £360
  • £5,000 to £9,999: £480
  • £10,000 to £14,999: £600
  • £15,000 to £19,999: £900
  • £20,000 to £30,000: £1,500
  • Over £30,000: £1,800

Every other vehicle

  • Under £1,000: £360
  • £1,000 to £5,999: £600
  • £6,000 to £11,999: £900
  • £12,000 to £14,999: £1,200
  • £15,000 to £19,999: £1,500
  • £20,000 to £30,000: £1,800
  • Over £30,000: £2,160

VAT Treatment

Buyer fees on this page are shown inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Checkout shows a full breakdown before payment.

When Fees Are Charged

Fees are applied after a valid sale outcome (auction win, accepted Buy It Now, or accepted offer) and included on the invoice.

Worked Examples

  • Runner with no issues, £4,500 + buyer fee £360 + delivery £180 = £5,040
  • Runner with no issues, £6,000 + buyer fee £480 + delivery £220 = £6,700
  • Any other vehicle, £8,250 + buyer fee £900 + delivery £220 = £9,370
  • Any other vehicle, £14,000 + buyer fee £1,200 + delivery £260 = £15,460

Non-payment Consequences

If payment is not received within the invoice window (typically 24 to 48 hours), account access may be restricted, bidding/purchasing can be suspended, and the vehicle may be relisted or routed to a backup buyer.
