Collections and Transport

GCB runs a managed collection model. Collection planning starts only after buyer funds are in an approved cleared state.

Who Arranges Transport

GCB operations coordinates collection and dispatch with logistics partners. Buyer and seller communication remains managed through GCB channels.

Deadlines

Sellers are typically asked to provide availability over the next 3 working days after payment clearance. Collection target is usually within 3 working days, subject to site access and transporter capacity.

Charges

Delivery/transport is priced separately from buyer fees. Additional charges can apply for non-runners, blocked access, restricted hours, specialist equipment, or failed collection rebook scenarios.

Storage and Risk Transfer

Storage and risk transfer points depend on the transaction state and collection milestone. Operationally, release and payout events are linked to successful pickup or formally recorded release status.
