Deposits and Wallet Funding
This page explains how buyer funds are handled before collection and when account restrictions apply for overdue payments.
When Payment Is Required
After auction close, accepted Buy It Now, or accepted offer, buyers are invoiced for vehicle price plus applicable fees. Standard payment window is typically 24 to 48 hours.

- Other enabled card/gateway methods where available
Refundable vs Non-refundable
Deposit or wallet treatment (refundable/non-refundable) depends on the specific transaction state, payment status, and any default/chargeback events. The checkout and invoice states govern the final outcome.
Release Timing
Collection workflow starts only when funds are in a cleared or approved payment state. Restriction logic should not trigger where payment is recognised as pending verification within policy tolerance.
